Outdoor Blogger is not a registered business or organisation. It is a group of bloggers who arrange events that anyone can attend at their own will and at their own discretion.
. It is not able to assume legal responsibility to anyone who takes part in events or meet ups, or others.
While we are always keen to share our passion for outdoor activities all attendees must be solely responsible for making their own assessment as to the risks involved in any particular event or meet up.
Events arranged by members of Outdoor Bloggers are not led or supervised by qualified individuals and no insurance is in place.
Outdoor Bloggers itself has no control or influence over those who arrange “Outdoor Bloggers events or meet ups”.
The decision to participate in any event or meet up must therefore be taken individually, and attendees must not rely (in whole or in part) on views or information provided by the Outdoor Bloggers and/or its members.
If you are in any doubt about the safety of an event or meet up or your ability to complete it, you should not take part.
Further, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
Outdoor Bloggers;
each individual acting on behalf of Outdoor Bloggers; and
any person involved in organising an Outdoor Bloggers event or meet up
exclude any liability for personal injury, death or other harm or loss to its attendees or any other person or organisation as a result of their negligence or other breach of legal duty.
