One of the things we were super excited to do while we were at the Outdoor Bloggers weekend in Snowdonia last month was run a competition with KEEN. They very kindly offered us a pair of their new Aphlex hiking boots to give away to one blogger attending our event
During the weekend we asked the bloggers attending to take photographs on the theme set by KEEN – “Follow Your Feet“. The idea was to demonstrate what we were up to during the weekend – our main activity was, of course, hiking up Snowdon, but we did other things too and the images could be taken at any time during the weekend. We all posted them on twitter and Instagram using #FollowYourFeet #OutdoorBloggers and #KEEN and you can take a look at some of them here.
It was really fantastic to see the images our bloggers shared – there were some brilliant ones. Choosing the winner was really tough; I had the pleasure of shortlisting the eight images that I thought fitted the theme the best, and sent them over to KEEN for the final judging. KEEN took a look and after quite a lot of deliberation in their office both here in the UK and over in Europe, chose this image that Allysse from Beste Glatisant took:
